In June 2024, The Global Exec. took a group of 12 like-minded Czech and Slovak professionals on a business immersion to Singapore to delve into the country’s banking and e-commerce industries to uncover customer-centric and innovative strategies. BIS gave the participants exposure to a unique business climate via 6 days of networking, meetups and visits to companies such as FoodXervices, Renergii Asia, the Embassy of Czechia in Singapore and more. In short, it was a fast-track trip of professional growth and turned inspiration into action!

The city-state's economy thrives despite its size and resource limitations, and it ranks as the world's 2nd most competitive economy, a testament to its business-friendly framework. With this as a foundation, it’s no surprise we selected it as our next destination for an open-enrollment business immersion.

We explored some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions during this 6-day immersion. BIS was a multifaceted experience, from unearthing the city-state's dynamic approach to digital transformation to discussing customer-centric strategies to enhance business. Participants witnessed how cutting-edge technology is seamlessly integrated into everyday life, enhancing customer experiences, creating value and fostering consumer loyalty. These opportunities gave participants a throughout understanding of what it takes to be survive in Singapore’s fast-paced, competitive environment.
Beyond the tech-savvy landscape, Singapore's strategic diversification in businesses makes it a hotspot for inspiration invaluable to any professional. Using an angle of Czech and Slovak viewpoints made for an enriching comparative experience, offering invaluable leadership lessons.
Our expert facilitator, Jan Uriga, was on hand after every session to help them evaluate, debrief, and make connections through inspirational sessions.
